Meet Liz

Hi, I'm Liz!

I'm a wellness coach, nutritionist, and personal chef.

I started cooking for my siblings growing up with a single mom, and I've been getting cookbooks for Christmas ever since.

My passion and mission is to help people fall in love with food, wellness and themselves. I see cooking as an experience I create for others to deepen their appreciation for food, the nourishment it provides, and the relationship we have with food and wellness.

I've been attending retreats for over ten years. I know the transformation that can come from fully living out and practicing the change you desire.

I consider it such an honor and privilege to be able to witness others and nourish them through their expansion on retreat.

I look forward to enhancing your mission and magic with incredible flavor and nutrition!

What is your pricing structure?
 

Travel, accommodations, and ingredients are paid for by you, the client. (I grocery shop and can help you estimate the cost of food)

I also charge a fee for cooking that will depend on the deliverables (meals, menu, people).

How many people can you accommodate? 
 

It depends on the menu, but usually up to around 12 people. If there will be more, I will need to bring an additional chef to help me.

What kind of food do you prepare?
 

The best way to describe my food is simply nutritious and delicious. Most of the food I  prepare is American with some other cultural influences.

I love for my food to connect us to the land, the people, and the culture of the area.

Incorporating local and seasonal ingredients and recipes will all be part of the menu design.

How much will the food cost?

It depends on the menu, the people, the location and ingredients.

I will help you estimate the cost of food before the event, so you know roughly how much to budget.

What do I need to prepare for our call?

I want to hear all about your retreat, so I can start thinking about the menu!

Please bring an estimated number of people, a rough schedule of the event, location information, and menu ideas and requirements.

Can you accommodate allergies?
 

I don't eat gluten and dairy myself. I was vegetarian for years, so I am very experienced in creating menus with accommodations in mind.

However, because I will be using a kitchen and supplies that are not my own, I cannot properly prepare allergy-safe meals, or accommodate any severe allergies.

If you need that kind of accommodation, I can help you acquire meals from an allergy-safe kitchen locally.
